Job summary

Onshape, a PTC SaaS business, seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead CPQ and e-commerce initiatives in a hybrid role based in Seaport Boston, MA. You’ll drive signup, in-product purchasing, provisioning, and entitlements while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

You will own requirements, backlogs, and integrations across CRM/CPQ platforms, and analyze data to improve conversion and provisioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, math, or business.
• 5+ years in product management, technical program management, or related support in e-commerce/CPQ.
• Experience with SaaS commercial systems: self-serve purchasing, provisioning, entitlements, or billing.
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehouse analytics.
• Experience integrating product with a CRM/CPQ platform, e.g., Salesforce CPQ.

Responsibilities

• Write requirements and user stories; review designs with engineers.
• Meet with sales, marketing, customer success, order operations, and business ops for requirements.
• Prioritize backlog in Jira; coordinate with engineering in Agile releases.
• Query data warehouse to analyze conversion, funnel, and provisioning issues.
• Define and manage integration plans for product offerings with pricing and revenue rules.
