Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (Integrated Solutions) to drive technical requirements, market adoption, and revenue growth for the Integrated Solutions portfolio. You will own end-to-end specifications and operator experiences for turnkey packages, bridging tactical integration needs with engineering execution.

This role reports to Product Management and requires deep knowledge of tactical RF networks, NPI, and system-level trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, RF Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of technical product management or systems engineering in defense/aerospace/wireless industries.
• Strong working knowledge of wireless communications, RF systems, SDRs, mesh networking, or EM spectrum operations.
• Ability to translate high-level military or tactical use cases into technical requirements.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams to meet release dates.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission capabilities into granular software user stories and hardware configurations.
• Define end-to-end performance specs and system-level trade-offs for integrated solutions (PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS).
• Collaborate with hardware/software teams to leverage radios into turnkey systems.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cadences for integrated features.
• Oversee lifecycle and releases for PRISM, NEXUS, AIRS and future solutions.
• Drive product adoption and collaborate with Sales to generate revenue growth.
