Rainbow in San Francisco is hiring a Product Manager to own execution across a portfolio of initiatives. You will work with Engineering, Underwriting, Sales, Service and Claims, building deep domain knowledge in commercial insurance from discovery through implementation.

You will use SQL and analytics to validate hypotheses, write precise requirements, and collaborate with engineers to deliver thoughtful, scalable product experiences. This hybrid SF role reports to Product leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or transition from software engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to query relational databases.
• Excellent written communication and ability to translate ambiguity into clear requirements.
• Comfort working with data to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own product initiatives end-to-end from discovery to iteration.
• Develop understanding of Rainbow's products, underwriting model and workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering to design and implement solutions.
• Write clear product requirements with acceptance criteria and edge cases.
• Partner with UX Design to create scalable product experiences.
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Sales, Service and Claims to align with business needs.
