Risk is an international iGaming company with 1000+ professionals across 20+ locations, operating in 10 countries and serving over 300,000 customers. We are seeking a technically adept individual to design and evolve internal tools for monitoring, security, and product stability.

You will own initiatives end-to-end, coordinate with DevOps, Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product teams, and drive production reliability across web and app platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve internal tools for monitoring, security, automation, and product stability.
• Own initiatives end-to-end from requirements to rollout.

• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and blockers across initiatives.
• Ensure production stability across web and app products; manage logs, monitoring, and incident response.
• Investigate infra issues, identify root causes, drive solutions with engineering teams.
• Research technical requirements across markets and translate into solutions.

We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

Задачи:

Design, develop, and continuously improve internal tools for monitoring, security, automation, and product stability. Own technical initiatives end-to-end: from requirements gathering and technical research to implementation and production rollout. Conduct technical research, evaluate available solutions and technologies, and identify non-obvious risks, limitations, and opportunities. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and detailed specifications for development teams. Coordinate cross-functional delivery with DevOps, Backend, Frontend, QA, and Product teams. Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, technical blockers, and delivery quality across multiple initiatives. Ensure production stability across web and app products, including logging, monitoring, performance, domains, and incident management. Investigate technical and infrastructure-related issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions together with engineering teams. Research technical requirements and regulatory constraints across different markets and help translate them into product and infrastructure solutions. Continuously improve technical processes, monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency.

Strong technical background and solid understanding of client-server architecture and how web and mobile applications work. Good understanding of infrastructure concepts, microservices architecture, load balancing, production environments, and system reliability. Understanding of REST API, HTTP/HTTPS, Webhooks, JSON, OAuth 2.0, JWT, DNS, and third-party integrations. Experience gathering and structuring business requirements and turning them into clear technical specifications. Ability to independently conduct technical research, compare different solutions, and quickly dive into new technologies and tools. Strong understanding of technical dependencies, risks, integrations, and potential infrastructure bottlenecks. Experience working closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams. Ability to manage several technical initiatives and teams simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work with limited capacity. Strong analytical and systems thinking with attention to details and the ability to identify non-obvious technical issues. Curious and proactive mindset - someone who asks the right questions, goes deep into how things work, and does not stop at surface-level solutions. Process-oriented approach with strong ownership and the ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous technical tasks. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment. Будет плюсом: hands-on DevOps or infrastructure experience would be a strong advantage.
