Job summary

Skylight, a digital consultancy, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own migrations of state, tribal, local, and territorial health agencies to a modernized, cloud-based platform.

You will coordinate with devops, content design, and full-stack engineers, while working closely with CDC stakeholders to keep migration priorities on track. This fully remote role offers competitive salary and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience in product management.
• Experience delivering services in the public health domain.
• Experience leading legacy modernization or system migrations.
• Ability to engage with government clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated service and product roadmap for three STLT migrations per year.
• Lead multiple teams across devops, content design, and full-team engineering.
• Partner with CDC stakeholders to align migration priorities and timelines.
• Facilitate ceremonies and adjust plans based on data from migrating jurisdictions.
• Set direction with the agency and ensure team alignment and accountability.
• Coach the team through government-work ambiguity and complexity.
