Job summary

Kayak is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of its experimentation platform from our Concord, MA office and collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Product teams.

You will own the roadmap, define requirements, measure success, and drive adoption of testing capabilities across the company, enabling faster, more trusted decisions. This role emphasizes strong communication and SQL literacy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, technical product management, or platform product management.
• Strong knowledge of experimentation methodologies and A/B testing.
• Experience owning complex products with multiple collaborators and dependencies.
• Strong product and project management skills, including roadmap definition and prioritization.
• Comfort working with engineers and data practitioners on technical topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership, sound judgment, analytical skills, and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience reading and writing SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for KAYAK's experimentation platform, aligning priorities with business goals and platform needs.
• Define and communicate a clear product direction, from current A/B testing capabilities to broader testing use cases over time.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to shape features, requirements, and implementation plans.
• Translate user needs and ambiguous asks into clear product requirements and well-scoped initiatives.
• Define success metrics, drive adoption, and continuously improve the platform through data and partner feedback.
• Improve experiment setup, execution, monitoring, analysis, and decision-making workflows across the platform.
