Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field; statistics, economics, or social sciences preferred.
• 3+ years of product management experience delivering internet products end-to-end.
• Knowledge of causal inference and experimental design and the measurement ecosystem.
• Experience defining vision, strategy and roadmap for a software product.
• Experience in ads monetization business and ecosystem.
• Experience working with data teams and external partners to build measurement models

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, roadmap, and launch measurement products that show advertisers the value created by TikTok.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Product Marketing to align priorities and goals.
• Own the measurement infrastructure and methodology for 1P and 3P results, iterating for improvements.
• Define success metrics and analyze data to inform strategy and prioritization.
• Write all technical specs and product requirements for development.
