Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate client needs into Sage Intacct solutions. You will work with developers, project managers and customers to design software that delivers high customer adoption and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes analyzing requirements, leading reviews, and training users while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and value realization for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years’ experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct or SaaS ERP/financial systems.
• Experience translating customer needs into software solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with customers and technical staff.
• Ability to manage time and project scope while delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate business requirements into software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and coordinate with development and services teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and features; implement integrated solutions.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and document requirements as BT best practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support and Customer Success to coordinate delivery.
• Serve as escalation point for project issues.
