Job summary

GHX is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive successful product delivery across customer needs and strategic objectives. You will understand GHX products and customer journeys across ERP systems, aligning engineering, customers, and business teams to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.

You’ll assess ERP opportunities, translate feedback into releases and user stories, and collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality integration delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven profession experience with technical products, preferably with background in B2B integrations.
• Experience communicating technical solutions to both internal and external audiences.
• Experience in ERP integration/ B2B integrations is required
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to be self-directed with strong initiative.
• Sound technical product management skills, and customer focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Assesses ERP opportunities and customer needs to develop business case and product roadmaps.
• Assists in translating business needs and customer feedback related to ERP integrations into clear product requirements, breaking them down into releases, epics, and user stories.
• Writes scenarios for user personas to describe instances of B2B market problems or situations that illustrate why a product requirement is necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of defined scope, levels of effort and release timing.
• Explore integration options with different ERP and MMIS systems, and work closely with ERP business partners to ensure the proposed solution delivers an optimal customer experience.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality integration delivery through regular checkpoints.
• Identify and communicate risks, issues, and problems, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles.
• Stay current with industry trends, ERP platform changes, and best practices in integration design and architecture
• Support business and customer success teams with product expertise and technical guidance.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure integration effectiveness, user adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain collaboration with Technical Product Managers overseeing ERP
• Integrations to ensure knowledge sharing and roadmap alignment
• Collaborative team player with a strong technical mindset
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to resolve conflicts
• Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation
• Exceptional communication with internal and external customers
• Experience leading meetings, setting agendas, and negotiating
