GHX is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Manager (TPM) in the United States to drive successful product delivery aligned with customer needs and strategic business objectives. Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven profession experience with technical products, preferably in B2B integrations.
• Experience communicating technical solutions to internal and external audiences.
• Experience in ERP integration / B2B integrations is required.
• Strong organizational skills and self-direction.
• Customer-focused mindset with solid product management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assesses ERP opportunities and customer needs to develop business cases and product roadmaps.
• Translates business needs and customer feedback into clear product requirements, releases, epics, and user stories.
• Writes scenarios for user personas to illustrate B2B market problems.
• Collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams on scope, effort, and release timing.
• Explores ERP integration options and aligns with ERP partners to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Ensures timely, high-quality integration delivery through regular checkpoints.
• Identifies risks and proposes mitigation plans.
• Stays current with ERP trends and best practices in integration design.
• Supports business and customer success with product expertise.
• Establishes and tracks KPIs to measure integration effectiveness and adoption.
• Maintains collaboration with Technical Product Managers overseeing ERP.
