For our client, we are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

In this remote role, you will own technical product strategy for B2B integrations that support healthcare customers and complex enterprise workflows. You will partner closely with business, customer success, and cross-functional technology teams to shape product direction, define requirements, and improve the customer experience. This position is focused on translating customer and market needs into clear releases, measurable outcomes, and effective integration solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $114,000 – $152,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Assess ERP opportunities and customer needs to develop product roadmaps.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements, breaking them into releases and user stories.
• Write scenarios for user personas highlighting key B2B market problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scope and release timing are understood.
• Explore integration options with ERP systems to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide product expertise and technical guidance to business and customer success teams.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure integration effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with technical products, with a focus on B2B integrations.
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical solutions to various audiences.
• Expertise in ERP and B2B integrations is essential.
• Excellent organizational skills with a self-directed approach.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in product management.
• Education-related certifications are a plus.
