Job summary

Wellinks is seeking a Technical Product Manager in the United States to shape, develop, and deliver the care platform. You will work with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Data teams to translate complex workflows into scalable technical solutions.

You will own initiatives from discovery through launch, with a focus on clinician efficiency, member engagement, enrollment, automation, integrations, and platform scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or technical product management.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, organizational, problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through development, launch, measurement and iteration.
• Translate business and clinical needs into product requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering to evaluate approaches, dependencies, tradeoffs, and sequencing.
• Work with Clinical and Operations teams to improve workflows.
• Define KPIs and use data to prioritize initiatives and measure performance.
• Manage roadmap and backlog across platform capabilities, integrations, automation, and UX workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches, testing, documentation, implementation and communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinician efficiency, member engagement, enrollment, and experience.
• Support scalable solutions meeting current needs while enabling future growth.
• Collaborate with Data teams for measurement, reporting and data-informed decisions.
• Communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders.
