Job summary

Wellinks seeks a Technical Product Manager to shape and deliver our care platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Data teams to translate complex workflows into clear product requirements and scalable technical solutions.

The role owns initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, focusing on clinician efficiency, member engagement, enrollment, automation, integrations, and platform scalability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product mgmt, technical product mgmt, engineering, or related role.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with software engineering teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and measurement
• Translate business and clinical needs into clear requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner closely with Engineering on technical approaches, tradeoffs, dependencies, and sequencing
• Work directly with clinicians and operational teams to understand pain points and improve workflows
• Define product KPIs and use data to prioritize and measure improvements
• Manage roadmap and backlog priorities across platform, integrations, automation, and user-facing workflows
• Coordinate cross-functional launches, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communication
