T-Mobile US, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Technical within the Data & Intelligence organization.

You will own a data-domain product, set the roadmap, write requirements, and partner with engineering to build features that align with business goals and customer needs. You will collaborate with UX, data governance, security, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, monitor performance, and drive improvements while applying AI tools to accelerate work and maintain high quality across

Formación

• 5+ years of related Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment, including 3+ years in a technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company, application, or product environment.
• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience or Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
• Preferred certifications: CSM/CSPO, PMI-ACP or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your product area by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business and technical goals.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions based on data analysis and customer feedback.
• Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, managing the product backlog to support Agile development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate release schedules and ensure timely product delivery.
• Monitor product performance and quality in production, addressing defects and driving continuous improvement.
• Build adoption tools, enablement content, and training materials that help business partners and internal teams realize value from the products you own.
• Develop positive working relationships across the enterprise — including engineering, architecture, data governance, marketing, go-to-market, sales, finance, and legal — as well as with customer groups and their representatives.
• Surface execution, operational, and organizational issues that impede product success, and drive or elevate improvement plans within your sphere of influence.
• Apply AI tools in your own workflow to accelerate research, documentation, and the operational aspects of the product role.
• Support core Agile tenets: efficient just-in-time flow, lean practices, elimination of waste, and DevOps CI/CD.
