Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Engineering Leader to set technical direction for data systems powering customer applications, analytics, and AI-driven products.

You will design and build high-performance services and APIs, influencing architecture choices and ensuring scalable, reliable data delivery. You will mentor engineers, shape data-store design, and drive real-time data pipelines while partnering across teams to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Requires BS in CS or Engineering or higher with multiple years of relevant work.
• Experience leading engineers and shaping architecture decisions.
• Proficient in AI/ML infrastructure and data-platform design.

Responsibilities

• Design and build serving infrastructure for AI use cases including vector and graph databases.
• Create IaC blueprints for provisioning stores, pipelines, and APIs.
• Mentor engineers and influence architectural decisions across the org.
• Develop high-performance data stores and real-time sync pipelines.
• Ensure solutions meet latency, scale, and quality standards.
• Produce architecture documentation for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and tech teams on technical decisions.
• Drive projects to deliver robust software solutions.
