Job summary

Berkley Technology Services in Chicago, IL seeks a dynamic Technical Product Manager to lead CRM and MarTech tooling within the Sales & Marketing IT team.

You will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Salesforce, Power Platform, and related integrations, collaborating across engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical directions for SaaS/PaaS platforms, preferably CRM or sales automation.
• Strong technical background with ability to articulate complex concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for CRM/MarTech within Sales & Marketing IT.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements with stakeholders.
• Lead Salesforce projects from inception to delivery, ensuring quality standards.
• Ensure seamless CRM integrations with other business systems and maintain detailed specifications.
• Analyze product metrics and user data to drive improvements and influence decisions.
• Provide end-user support and stay updated on industry trends.
