Job summary

CMC is seeking a Salesforce & CRM Manager to lead the execution and governance of our CRM roadmap across the enterprise. You will partner with IT, business units, and external vendors to deliver platforms that drive adoption, reliability, and business value.

This role balances people leadership with hands‑on product management for Salesforce capabilities, focusing on standardizing commercial processes and enabling AI‑enabled features to improve productivity and decision making.

Qualifications

Experience building roadmaps and managing backlogs in Agile environments.
Deep understanding of sales operations and CRM processes.
Familiarity with AI-enabled CRM capabilities and data governance.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of Salesforce and CRM roadmap initiatives across all Lines of Business.
Manage platform operations, enhancements, releases, backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, testing, deployment, and support activities.
Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and development priorities.
Ensure Salesforce capabilities support commercial processes including pipeline management, customer engagement, opportunity management, and account planning.
