Job summary

Yogi is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join the Platform Engineering team in downtown New York City, reporting to the co-founder/CTO. You will own the creation of new workflows that onboard customers and scale the product.

Responsibilities include workflow design, data modelling, and partnering with engineers to launch data integrations, dashboards, and data integrity flows. You’ll also implement features and guide the Implementation team for go-live.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related role.
• Strong data modelling and workflow design skills.
• Proficient in scripting, database querying, and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy of internal and customer-facing tooling.
• Translate enterprise data patterns into automated workflows with customers.
• Collaborate with engineers to launch data integrations and dashboards.
• Contribute to hands-on implementation of new capabilities and go-live readiness.
• Support customers and teams to scale the product.
