Job summary

Yogi is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join the Platform Engineering team in downtown New York City, reporting to the co-founder/CTO. You will own the creation of new workflows that onboard customers and scale the product.

Responsibilities include workflow design, data modelling, and partnering with engineers to launch data integrations, dashboards, and data integrity flows. You’ll also implement features and guide the Implementation team for go-live.

Qualifications

About this Role

We're looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join the talented and ambitious folks on Yogi's Platform Engineering team. You will report directly to our co-founder and CTO, owning the creation of new workflows that are critical for the success of Yogi. You'll be part of a high-performing, fast-moving team with direct, hands-on impact to customers as they onboard onto our platform and as the product expands into new dataspaces and capabilities.

We're looking for someone with a specific combination of skills: workflow design, systems thinking, data modelling intuition, willingness to do grunt work when needed, and engineering project management. As a Technical Product Manager, you'll streamline workflows to deliver value to customers fast, enable the product and company to scale as we onboard new customers and offer new capabilities, ensure teams are equipped to support customers for long-term success, and create solutions to ambiguous problems. You'll also create clear, reusable resources (guides, playbooks, and tools) that steer company operations. You'll work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Sales to accelerate deals and shape how Yogi supports customers as we grow.

On this team, you would work out of our office in downtown New York City at least 4 days per week.

What You Will Do

• Own the vision and strategy of internal and customer-facing tooling that simplifies and scales enterprise configurations and complexity
• Work directly with customers to understand nuanced enterprise data and integrations, and translate patterns into automated workflows
• Partner with engineers to launch new data integrations, data models, dashboard configurations, and data integrity flows
• Carry out hands-on implementation of new capabilities as we launch with customers and train our Implementation team for go-live
• Code small to medium features with AI tools
• Provide technical support to Customer Success and Sales to accelerate implementations and resolve issues quickly
• 2+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related role, ideally within AI-driven products.
• Design thinking of data systems and workflows. Data modelling intuition and know-how.
• A strong technical toolkit to prototype and implement new functionality. Proficient in scripting, database querying, Excel, Claude Cowork, and skill-building to create effective solutions and solve a wide range of problems.
• Ability to investigate technical documentation and work with APIs, databases, and data pipelines to create effective solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills especially in abstract problem spaces
• Collaborative relationship with engineers
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
