Job summary

Bitsight is seeking a Technical Product Manager to prioritize and coordinate AI-enabled changes across our engineering and AI SME teams. You will ensure AI-supported workflows are adopted safely and efficiently, collaborating with security, compliance, and architecture to align with our policies.

You will work with engineering and product leaders to set priorities, manage ongoing work, and drive AI-driven improvements in coding, review, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer capable of discussing technical topics with engineers.
• Familiarity with the SDLC from idea to release.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Align priorities with engineering and product leaders and translate them into actionable plans.
• Contribute to the AI SDLC roadmap and surface high-impact AI use cases.
• Coordinate the AI code reviewer requirements, delivery plans, and follow-ups.
• Track work flow from ticket to merge request and close gaps.
• Define quality expectations for AI-generated edits and monitor outcomes.
• Analyze SDLC time usage and recommend process improvements.
• Support adoption of AI tooling across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and architecture to keep AI use safe.
• Document changes to the product process for AI-driven SDLC.
