Job summary

Bitsight is seeking a Technical Product Manager to prioritize and coordinate AI-enabled engineering initiatives. You will work with engineering and AI SME teams to drive AI-supported workflows from ideas to implementation.

You will gather engineer feedback, shape AI code-review processes, manage priorities and delivery plans, and ensure alignment with security and compliance. This role offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment at Bitsight.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and shipping production code and ability to discuss technical topics with engineers.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle from idea to release.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to track multiple streams.
• Clear communicator who provides concise updates to engineers and stakeholders.
• Ability to pull and analyze metrics; SQL or basic analysis skills are a plus.
• Bias toward execution with clear plans, owners and blockers.
• Curiosity about AI's impact on software development and governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and coordinate changes with engineering and product leaders.
• Bring product context into engineering discussions and relay developers' feedback.
• Coordinate day-to-day priorities, process, and AI integration into workflows.
• Contribute to the AI SDLC roadmap.
• Gather input from engineers and surface high-impact AI use cases in coding, review, testing, and docs.
