Job summary

Bitsight is seeking a Technical Product Manager to prioritize and coordinate AI-driven engineering improvements. You will work with engineering and AI SME teams to fit AI into our SDLC, gathering developer feedback and turning it into actionable plans.

You will prioritize changes with product leaders and ensure safe, compliant AI adoption across the workflow. You will coordinate AI code reviewer initiatives, track ticket-to-merge progress, and define quality benchmarks for AI edits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer with production code experience.
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle from idea to release.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to pull metrics and analyze data to guide decisions.
• Effective written and verbal communication with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and coordinate agile AI-driven engineering improvements with leaders.
• Bring product context into engineering discussions and capture feedback from developers.
• Roadmap coordination for AI SDLC adoption and reviewer tooling.
• Track work from ticket to merge request and address bottlenecks.
• Set quality expectations for AI-generated code edits and measure outcomes.
• Analyze SDLC time sinks and recommend process fixes.
• Lead AI tooling adoption with internal champions and measure usage.
• Coordinate with security, compliance, and architecture for safe AI use.
• Update product processes to fit an AI-driven SDLC and document changes.
• Support AI SME planning and prioritization across engineering teams.
