Bitwise is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of AI tools and applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. You will work directly with customers to translate needs into elegant technical solutions, while mentoring junior developers and coordinating across teams.

You will establish monitoring and governance practices, drive adoption of new technologies, and own the reliability of AI services.

Qualifikationen

• 12 years of experience in software engineering, or a BS in a technical discipline plus 8 years
• Proficiency in Python and production-grade software development
• Extensive experience with LLMS as part of code workflow
• Strong UI/UX principles knowledge
• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers
• Experience with Kubernetes/Helm and Argo CD/CI/CD frameworks
• SRE best practices for production software
• Docker/containerization expertise
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience leading junior developers and driving team initiatives
• Proficiency with cloud services and container tooling
• Experience with LLM UI open-source software such as OpenWebUI
• Experience eliciting customer requirements and engaging with communities
• Experience hosting LLM models
