Job summary

Independently own work streams and drive solution discussions, ensuring successful product delivery with a focus on Salesforce and NetSuite within enterprise O2C workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior TPM, Product Architect, or Technical Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes (onboarding, orders, invoicing, revenue, collections).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite in enterprise processes.
• Ability to own, drive large initiatives and discuss with business and technical teams.
• Experience with integrations and cross-system dependencies.

• These professionals will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating business requirements into scalable product capabilities, technical requirements, and solution designs.
• The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of Salesforce and NetSuite, particularly how these platforms support enterprise business processes and O2C workflows. They should be capable of independently owning work streams, driving solution discussions, and ensuring successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience defining business and system requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Salesforce and NetSuite implementation or transformation programs.
• Understanding of CRM and ERP platforms.
