Job summary

KBI Staffing seeks Senior Technical Product Managers / Product Architects with strong business, functional, and technical expertise in the Order-to-Cash domain. You will bridge business stakeholders and engineering, translating requirements into scalable product capabilities and designs.

Independently own work streams and drive solution discussions, ensuring successful product delivery with a focus on Salesforce and NetSuite within enterprise O2C workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior TPM, Product Architect, or Technical Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes (onboarding, orders, invoicing, revenue, collections).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce and NetSuite in enterprise processes.
• Ability to own, drive large initiatives and discuss with business and technical teams.
• Experience with integrations and cross-system dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and solution discovery workshops.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into product capabilities and technical requirements.
• Drive backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.
• Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Design solutions for complex O2C processes.
• Identify integration requirements and cross-system dependencies.
• Support product delivery and implementation activities.
