Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, is seeking a Product Manager to drive Phase 1 of a multi-phase transformation focused on backend ticketing and entitlement technology. You will partner with engineering and business stakeholders to define requirements, guide implementation, and ensure the solution serves multiple lines of business.

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical PM background, effective stakeholder management, and experience translating complex needs

Qualifications

  • Strong technical product management background.
  • Experience working closely with engineering/development teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business relationship skills.
  • Experience with complex backend platforms and technical implementations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Experience independently driving initiatives from beginning to end.
  • POS experience is highly desirable.
  • Theme park, hospitality, resort, or operations-facing technology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Product Manager driving Phase 1 of the transformation.
  • Partner with engineering teams to support migration and implementation of backend ticketing technology.
  • Gather, define, document, and prioritize complex business and technical requirements.
  • Build strong relationships across Finance, Pricing, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, and other business stakeholders.
  • Ensure the technical solution meets the needs of multiple lines of business.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
  • Balance tactical execution with evolving product strategy.
  • Independently drive the initiative from requirements through implementation.
  • Help establish the foundation for future phases of the broader entitlement transformation.

Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, is looking for a Product Manager to join their team and support a major transformational technology initiative.

Position Summary:

This role will support a highly confidential, transformational capital project focused on backend ticketing and entitlement technology. The Product Manager will serve as a key driver of the initiative, partnering closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to define requirements, drive implementation, and ensure the solution meets the needs of multiple lines of business. This initiative represents Phase 1 of a four-phase transformation designed to modernize the broader entitlement ecosystem. The platform supports critical backend capabilities across products and services, creating an opportunity for the Product Manager to contribute to a large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation.
