The Product Manager will join the Experience Access Product Team, which owns digital and physical Guest and Cast experiences related to access, entitlements, and content-driven touchpoints across technology platforms.
This role will focus heavily on content strategy and content management, partnering with design, editorial, engineering, analytics, and executive stakeholders to deliver personalized, timely, and relevant experiences across web and mobile applications. The Product Manager will own product strategy, concept development, backlog prioritization, content configuration, and delivery for Experience Access products.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years of digital product management experience supporting websites or mobile applications.
- Advanced hands-on experience working within complex content management systems.
- Experience managing copy and media updates, creating pages, configuring content, and troubleshooting CMS issues.
- Experience supporting go-to-market delivery, content triage, data configuration, and service integrations.
- Strong Agile product management experience, including hands-on use of Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to develop user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.
- Experience partnering with design, editorial, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to support product decisions.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and deliver results within a large, matrixed organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

- Experience with iOS and Android release processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the digital product strategy for Experience Access products and features.
- Translate product strategy into prioritized user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Manage feature development and the product backlog, participating in daily Agile ceremonies and removing delivery roadblocks.
- Own day-to-day content management across digital experiences, including copy and media updates, page creation, content configuration, and CMS troubleshooting.
- Partner with design, editorial, and engineering teams to align visual design, content strategy, copywriting, and technical development.
- Advocate for the Guest and Cast experience throughout product planning and delivery.
- Support go-to-market planning for new digital products, features, and content experiences.
- Monitor product performance, support A/B testing, and identify opportunities to improve websites and mobile applications.
- Support product launches, ongoing maintenance, content configuration, and on-call collaboration when needed.
- Develop presentations and recommendations for executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Use data, customer insights, and measurable hypotheses to guide product decisions.
- Coordinate effectively with bi-coastal and international teams.
