Job description

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Entertainment Products team. This role blends product ownership, project rigor, and cross functional leadership, ensuring we deliver high quality consumer experiences across our Food and Home products.

You’ll bring structure, momentum, and clarity to roadmap execution – owning intake, shaping opportunities, partnering closely with engineering and design, and driving delivery from concept through launch. You’ll balance customer needs, business goals, and delivery constraints, ensuring teams stay aligned and products ship with quality.

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
Product Intake & Opportunity Shaping
  • Own and maintain product intake across Jira, Slack, and email, ensuring ideas and stakeholder requests are documented, structured, and ready for prioritization.
  • Connect intake items to underlying customer and business problems, helping shape clear problem statements and use cases.
  • Surface patterns, themes, and recurring friction points across user feedback and internal requests to improve the experience.
Partnering With Teams & Understanding Users
  • Partner with analytics and cross-functional teams to better understand user behavior, engagement trends, and friction points across our consumer experiences.
  • Translate insights into actionable opportunities that improve discovery, usability, and overall customer satisfaction.
Roadmap Operations & Continuous Planning
  • Coordinate with engineering leads to sequence work, understand capacity, and manage dependencies so teams stay aligned and delivery remains on schedule.
  • Support the creation of technical and functional requirements; ensure solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
  • Facilitate launch readiness including UAT participation, quality checks, and defect resolution.
Program Review & Status Management
  • Maintain program review artifacts with key milestones, risks, decisions, and delivery updates to ensure clear alignment across all stakeholders.
Cross Functional Coordination
  • Serve as a central point of contact for teams requesting updates on intake, prioritization, or delivery status.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, TPM, Design, Editorial, Analytics, Legal, Privacy, and business partners.
  • Reduce operational overhead by keeping communication streamlined, surfacing blockers early, and ensuring alignment across workstreams.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
  1. Product operations experience
    • 5+ years of experience; intake, prioritization, roadmap planning
  2. Strong partnership with engineering + comfort writing clear requirements
    • 5+ years of experience
  3. Structured documentation experience
    • 5+ years of experience; PRFAQs, PRDs, user stories, problem statements
  4. Analytical fluency experience
    • 5+ years of experience; read user data, identify patterns, shape opportunities
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with content heavy consumer products
  • Search/discovery or metadata driven product experience
  • Experience working with editorial or content teams
Soft Skills
  • Proven experience managing digital products, large scale consumer experiences, or multi platform applications.
  • Comfort partnering with engineering and technical teams; ability to quickly learn business processes and technical constraints.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills – you bring clarity, drive alignment, and turn ambiguity into actionable next steps.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and structured product artifacts (PRDs, PRFAQs) preferred.
