Job summary

Franklin Fitch in New York, NY is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own critical operational technology products that support manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain operations. This role is not a traditional SaaS position; it requires getting close to the shop floor and translating real-world challenges into scalable tech solutions.

You will work with operations teams to map workflows, define requirements and success metrics, collaborate with engineering across supply

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning products or programmes from requirements through delivery.
• Hands-on exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, industrial operations, aviation, aerospace, engineering, or similar physical operating environments.
• Ability to engage credibly with engineers around data flows, APIs, integrations, scalability, and technical trade-offs.
• Experience gathering requirements directly from frontline operational stakeholders.
• Strong process improvement mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.

This is not a traditional SaaS product role. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting close to the operation, spending time on the shop floor, understanding how work actually gets done, and translating operational challenges into scalable technology solutions.
