Two Six Technologies in Arlington, VA is seeking a Technical Product Engineering Lead to own end-to-end technical vision across hardware, FPGA, embedded firmware, and software. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive the technical roadmap, and transition prototypes into field-ready solutions for national security missions.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, on-site Arlington presence with some remote/hybrid work, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical lead or architect roles across hardware, FPGA, and software.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or C/C++, and embedded Linux with Yocto.

Responsibilities

• Own system architecture and technical roadmap.
• Lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable designs.
• Transition prototypes to field-ready solutions.
• Develop unit/integration and HIL testing strategies.
