Job summary

Two Six Technologies seeks a Lead CNO Developer to lead a small, highly skilled team in Arlington, VA. You will direct technical tasks, design tools for embedded/telecom systems, and translate research into scalable cyber capabilities. Collaboration with mission partners is essential.

You will mentor developers, engage with government stakeholders, and drive PoCs while upholding DevOps standards. A TS clearance with SCI access is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical security research experience.
• 7+ years in design, development, and prototyping of low-level apps or cyber capabilities.
• Experience leading small technical teams and engaging with government stakeholders.
• Strong programming in Python/C/C++ and OS internals understanding.
• Reverse engineering x86/ARM binaries and exploit development.
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance with SCI access.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and tasking for a small CNO development team.
• Be the technical contact for project leadership and government stakeholders.
• Design, architect, and develop tools for embedded/telecom systems.
• Oversee proofs-of-concept and transition to maintainable codebases.
• Guide reverse engineering and vulnerability research on Linux/embedded systems.
• Analyze firmware and OS internals to find exploitable flaws.
• Develop tooling to analyze/manipulate binaries and firmware.
• Lead capability development leveraging new telecom access mechanisms.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Present findings and progress to mission partners.
