This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who can take a product from concept to production. You’ll work with engineering, sourcing, and design teams to build high-quality, manufacturable goods. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in hardware product development and a strong technical background. Creativity, problem-solving, and a sharp eye for market opportunities are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities Include:
Product Development:
Lead the design and development of hardware products from concept through to production.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and sourcing teams to create products that are innovative, manufacturable, and meet market demands.
Ensure the products meet high standards of quality, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for new product development.
Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform product strategy and feature development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various teams, including engineering and design, to ensure seamless product development and timely launches.
Communicate effectively with other departments to align product development efforts with overall business goals.
Problem-Solving & Optimization:
Address any design or production challenges and work to develop effective solutions.
Optimize product designs for manufacturability, cost reduction, and market competitiveness.
Ideal Qualifications:
4–8 years of experience in hardware product development.
Strong technical background, with experience in developing and manufacturing hardware products.
