This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who can take a product from concept to production. You’ll work with engineering, sourcing, and design teams to build high-quality, manufacturable goods. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in hardware product development and a strong technical background. Responsibilities Include:

• Product Development:

  • Lead the design and development of hardware products from concept through to production.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and sourcing teams to create products that are innovative, manufacturable, and meet market demands.

  • Ensure the products meet high standards of quality, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for new product development.

  • Analyze competitors and industry trends to inform product strategy and feature development.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various teams, including engineering and design, to ensure seamless product development and timely launches.

  • Communicate effectively with other departments to align product development efforts with overall business goals.

• Problem-Solving & Optimization:

  • Address any design or production challenges and work to develop effective solutions.

  • Optimize product designs for manufacturability, cost reduction, and market competitiveness.
