Job Description
The candidate will provide ongoing support for MEMCM/Intune services and implement service enhancements for UNICC partners. The ideal candidate is dynamic, versatile, with at least 5 years of experience in MEMCM/Intune and strong communication skills. The role reports to the Unified Endpoints Lead.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage full application lifecycle, including inventory and rationalization.
- Develop, test, and deploy software packages and updates, including APPV5, MSIX, APPX, MSI, SCCM, and end-user portals.
- Handle application packaging, SCCM, PowerShell scripting, application compatibility, and Active Directory management.
- Maintain documentation and version control.
- Support packaging and integration services, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT teams.
- Configure application deployments, participate in incident and request management, and ensure adherence to packaging standards and best practices.
- Deploy and support packaged applications across ICC and partners, including reporting and third-party updates.
- Engage in incident, problem, change management, and process improvements.
- Provide standby support outside regular hours as needed and coordinate with other ICC teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager (SCCM), with at least 3 years on MCM Current Branch, and experience with Windows 10/11 migrations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, multitasking, and deadline management skills.
- Experience managing GPOs, AD, DNS, DHCP, KMS, PKI, SQL, and Windows Server (2016-2022).
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, networking, MSI packaging, App-V sequencing, and application deployment support.
- Proven experience as a Packaging and Integration Engineer or similar role, with in-depth SCCM and Intune knowledge.
- Additional desirable skills include BitLocker, 802.1x authentication, endpoint protection, and further Intune experience.
