Your role in our mission

1. Design and deliver complex, comprehensive product-based business solutions at the enterprise level using customized methodology and work products.
2. Lead or monitor the product implementation process; ensure that solutions are sound, appropriate, cost-justified, and properly integrated, addressing all relevant change domains within the scope.
3. Provide strategic product advice to clients on deploying business productivity tools, system-to-system, and end-user applications.
4. Become a knowledge expert in emerging technologies relevant to Gainwell, our clients, and the IT field.
5. Manage and motivate a team of product development experts to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products, stimulating high performance.

What we're looking for

1. 8+ years of experience in the product development lifecycle, cloud technologies, SaaS, and product/platform configurations.
2. Experience with Healthcare IT, Medicaid, and Payer systems is preferred.
3. Experience with Claims Adjudication, Processing, and QNXT systems, with a good understanding of the QNXT SQL Server data model.
4. Knowledge of HIPAA ASC X12 healthcare transaction sets (834, 837, 277, 835, 997/999, 270/271, 276/277, 820) and QNXT.
5. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC frameworks.

The pay range for this position is $86,800 - $124,000 annually. The actual offer may vary based on geographic location, internal equity, skills, and experience.
