United Launch Alliance is hiring a Technical Product & Delivery Lead 3 (CI/CD Infrastructure) to translate program features into actionable stories for engineers. You will own the team backlog, write epics, and ensure delivery excellence with stakeholders. A Bachelor’s in a STEM field and 4+ years of experience are required.

Experience with AWS/EKS, CI/CD, and GitLab is highly desired. Relocation is possible, and Denver-area candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited college or university.
• Strong backlog management and story-writing discipline; comfortable with execution-level detail.
• Technical fluency to engage with Tech Leads and Solution Architects on feasibility and tradeoffs.
• Clear written and verbal communication translating business needs to delivery teams.
• Experience in Scrum/SAFe team-level Product Owner capacity.
• Proven ability to lead team delivery, coordinate dependencies, and manage priorities.
• Consistent, high-quality work; proactive and dependable.
• Ability to use metrics to improve predictability and delivery quality.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the team backlog aligned with program priorities.
• Write and refine epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Represent customer and business needs in agile ceremonies and decisions.
• Lead sprint planning, delivery, and roadmap execution; manage dependencies.
• Accept completed work, escalate conflicts, and produce area reporting.
• Develop RAID logs and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate onboarding, enablement, and upskilling for new team members.
• Lead cross-team coordination for migration, modernization, and ops readiness (GitLab migrations, cloud ops, pipelines).
