Job summary

IPolarity is seeking a Technical Product Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives from initiation through execution and launch. You will partner with cross-functional teams to architect high-level solutions, size delivery plans, and ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include leading initiation, planning, execution, and stakeholder management, with a focus on risk mitigation and GTM readiness to support successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading product delivery, projects, or TPM roles.
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture, design, and sizing methodologies.
• Experience with Jira and agile delivery practices.
• Excellent risk management and mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives from initiation to launch.
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps and timelines.
• Track progress, identify risks, and provide mitigation actions.
• Ensure Jira hygiene with accurate ticketing and closure.
• Coordinate dependencies across cross-functional and external teams.
• Provide regular status reports and executive updates.
