Job summary

FlightSafety International Inc. seeks a Product Lead to own the IT-side delivery readiness for their domain. You will bridge business intent with delivery execution and partner daily with the Delivery Lead to ensure value-focused work.

You will manage epics, decompose into user stories, and align with Product Manager intent, while guiding engineering teams towards clear acceptance criteria and readiness for sprint delivery.

Qualifications

• Own and decompose epics into well-formed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, stakeholders, and engineering across domains.
• Balance backlog priorities including features, tech debt and production support.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog management for delivery teams within epics.
• Prioritize story order and dependencies with Delivery Lead.
• Ensure work meets readiness criteria and acceptance tests.
• Elicit, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Lead product discovery and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
