Job summary

Kith Retail LLC seeks a Technical Product Associate to design systems and processes enabling business success. You will manage day-to-day vendor relationships, capture requirements, and implement new technology through internal and external integrators.

You will collaborate with technical stakeholders, deeply understand category needs, and drive improvements across systems to support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1–3 years in Product Management or technical/solutions roles.
• Engineering or software development background.
• Retail or ecommerce experience preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and database querying.
• Familiar with API design and testing tools (Postman, etc.).
• Experience with Agile PM tools: JIRA, Asana, Monday.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to facilitate and manage stakeholders.
• Understanding of AI tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate complex business systems (OMS, ERP, back-office software).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and document learnings.
• Implement approved solutions with internal tooling or third-party vendors.
• Present designs and demos to stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Measure KPIs to ensure improvements from new solutions.
• Train and support teams through change and rollout.
• Test new tech for accuracy, resilience and scalability.
• Create and record training materials for internal teams.
