Job summary

Korn Ferry, in partnership with our client in Memphis, seeks a Product Manager for Ecommerce to lead strategy, pricing, and lifecycle management of consumer products sold online.

Location: Memphis, TN—on-site. You will influence product innovation, partner with marketing and operations, and drive profitability across major ecommerce channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within manufacturing, consumer products, or hardlines.
  • Experience managing products sold through eCommerce channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margin management, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for eCommerce channels.
  • Manage product portfolios, including lifecycle planning, pricing, profitability, and forecasting.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity to guide business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for new product introductions, line extensions, and portfolio optimization.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to develop compelling product content and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with operations, design, and commercial teams to support product launches and ongoing portfolio management.
  • Develop presentations, reporting tools, and business recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Mentor junior marketing and product team members as needed.

Location: Memphis, TN (On-Site, Monday-Friday)

About the Opportunity

A leading consumer products manufacturer and supplier is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, pricing, profitability, and lifecycle management of products sold through major eCommerce channels. This role offers the opportunity to influence product innovation, drive business growth, and partner closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, design, operations, and digital commerce.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with product management expertise and a passion for identifying market opportunities, developing winning product strategies, and delivering commercial success.
