Job summary

Acliviti is seeking a Technical Presales Project Manager to support the Presales team by turning customer discovery and technical conversations into high-quality solution documentation. You will coordinate presales activities and build AI-powered tools to improve how we sell and deliver our solutions.

This hands-on role combines technical fluency, project coordination, strong communication, and a builder mindset across AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project, program, or operations management experience.
• Experience creating or maintaining SOWs, solution designs, pricing models, requirements, or project documentation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and processes with multiple stakeholders, approvals, and deadlines.
• Strong ability to organize ambiguous information, identify gaps, track dependencies, and drive work to completion.
• Experience in Sales, Presales, Customer Experience, or technology environments.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills with the ability to translate complex conversations into structured deliverables.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a mindset toward using AI to improve workflows and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer meetings, transcripts, notes, and recordings into solution designs and documentation.
• Prepare deliverables to ~80% completion for Solutions Architect review.
• Coordinate presales activities and deadlines across opportunities.
• Maintain accurate opportunity documentation in Salesforce, Rocket Lane, SharePoint, and related systems.
• Support clean presales-to-delivery handoffs.
• Identify repetitive work and build AI tools, prompts, workflows, scripts, templates, and agents to automate it.
• Elevate gaps, assumptions, and inconsistencies for review.
