Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional teams in ML, DS/AI, data engineering, and analytics. You will own programs spanning multiple teams, remove blockers, and drive on-time delivery with a focus on quality and process excellence.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, define stories, and manage dependencies, balancing scope and timelines while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large, ambiguous cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience performing TPM best practices: schedule development, risk management, status reporting.
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies and process adherence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and individuals effectively across the organization.
• Composure, business acumen, and ability to communicate at multiple levels.
• Experience with automation and/or AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Preferred certifications: PMP or Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end activities with integrated schedules and dependency management.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Balance scope, timeline and quality to meet priorities.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence and customer outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
