Job summary

Cadmus seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead ML/DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will own programs spanning multiple teams, remove impediments, and ensure on-time delivery while promoting technical excellence and collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years as a TPM/Scrum Master, a strong technical background in ML/AI, and experience with agile processes in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI/Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices: schedule development, risk mgmt, status reporting.
• Experience reporting program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams and individuals effectively.
• Experience with automation/AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Preferred PMP or Scrum Master certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML/DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, build integrated schedules, remove blockers, report status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
