Job summary

Cadmus seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead ML and DS/AI initiatives for a major automotive entertainment client. You will coordinate across engineering teams, drive end-to-end delivery, and facilitate Agile processes to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a TPM or Scrum Master, strong communication skills, and experience with Jira. Certification such as PMP or Scrum Master is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM or Scrum Master experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IS/BI/Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong ML/DS/AI collaboration experience.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs.
• Experience with Jira and program data reporting.
• Understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Facilitates teams and individuals effectively.
• Experience with automation/AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
• Certifications: PMP or Scrum Master preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML and DS/AI features.
• Oversee end-to-end activities with integrated schedules and risk management.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
• Balance scope, timeline and quality to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for priorities, best practices, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
