Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Technical Program Management Intern for the Spring 2027 Co-Op in Irvine. You must be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled full-time, with an expected graduation between December 2027 and 2029, available Jan–Aug 2027, onsite for the entire duration, and able to work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Majoring in engineering, computer science, business, operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with data skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interest in automotive tech and product validation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Validation PMO across governance, quality, fleet, and tools to understand workflows and identify improvements.
• Own an end-to-end process or tool improvement initiative with requirements, plan, stakeholders, and tracking.
• Support governance by updating status, tracking actions and risks, and aligning milestones.
• Analyze validation, quality, fleet, or tool data to identify trends and translate findings into recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to implement improvements and document processes.
