You must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2027 - 2029, and be available full-time on-site for the entire spring term.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree at an accredited university.
• Actively pursuing a degree or one closely related in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or systems engineering.
• Willingness to learn laboratory equipment, test methods, and safety practices.
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, measurement principles, and engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to read and interpret technical requirements, schematics, drawings, or specifications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of product validation plans, test matrices.
• Help translate product requirements into clear, measurable test objectives and acceptance criteria.
• Assist with developing test procedures, test setups, checklists, and laboratory work instructions.
• Collect, organize, and perform initial analysis of test data; identify trends, anomalies, and potential failures.
• Support failure investigation and root‑cause analysis for issues identified during testing.
• Participate in design reviews, requirements reviews, risk assessments, and validation readiness discussions.
