Job summary

Ford is seeking a Technical Project Manager to orchestrate delivery of critical business values across small to large, internal and cross-enterprise projects in its Ecommerce space. You will lead multi-functional teams from Discovery through Delivery, translating roadmaps into executable plans and backlogs, while ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to collaborate with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Programming or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years delivering eCommerce cloud or on-prem projects.
• 2+ years in Agile/SAFe environments (ARTs, PIs, Epics, Features, Stories).
• 2+ years with Jira for backlog management and GitHub for source control.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional teams across technical and product management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Orchestrate delivery from Discovery through to Delivery for eCommerce initiatives.
• Provide strong agile leadership, cross-team coordination, and portfolio management across business, technical, and security workstreams.
