Job description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading large-scale, complex E-commerce software development projects across multiple disciplines. The role blends program/project management, team leadership, delivery execution, and strong business and financial acumen. This position will oversee multiple medium-to-large scale digital projects (web/mobile) or enterprise programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in close partnership with Product, Technology, and Design.

• 7–10 years of program/project management experience, ideally in eCommerce, marketing, or merchandising
• Direct management of single project budgets $5M–$10M and program budgets $11M+
• 4+ years leading large, multidisciplinary digital teams
• 2–5 years of Agile delivery experience
• 1–2 years of mobile app (iOS/Android) delivery
• 3+ years client management experience in a global organization
• Proven success delivering full lifecycle software projects (business dev to production)
• Experience working with multiple Product Managers and cross-functional teams
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Lead cross-functional project teams through full delivery lifecycle
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
• Coordinate across Product, Design, Tech, and vendors
• Deliver regular status updates and maintain stakeholder alignment
• Monitor schedule adherence and escalate risks/issues as needed
• Track metrics to drive performance and continuous improvement
• Ensure formal project closure, including retrospectives and knowledge transition
