Job description

The Technical Project / Delivery Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering business and technical requirements for late-stage private market initiatives.

This role oversees the full lifecycle of technical project delivery, including analysis, estimation, planning, design, implementation, testing, and approvals.

The position requires strong technical acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to drive large, complex initiatives across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver business and technical requirements across cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct impact analysis and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Own and manage delivery calendars, including Program Increment (PI) delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate planning and analysis for upcoming increments and quarterly objectives.
  • Align execution with strategic goals in partnership with Product Management and Product Owners.
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks and guide teams toward timely resolution.
  • Manage workflow for committed features, work items, and dependencies.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal customers, business partners, Product teams, and Architecture.
  • Track and maintain job status across all work items in the system of record.
  • Enable effective communication and workflow across organizational areas.
  • Maintain PI status reporting and lead weekly sync-up meetings.
  • Continuously enhance departmental processes and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to consolidated PI communications, achievements, and readiness deliverables.
  • Operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology‑related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
  • 12+ years of professional experience in Information Technology.
  • Strong background in:
  • Software Development
  • Project and/or Program Management
  • Hands‑on experience with modern software engineering practices and technical delivery.
  • Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and clarify requirements through stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex systems and business processes.
  • High attention to detail, especially when evaluating production impacts.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex, multi‑dependency initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of scope, change, issue, and project management methodologies.
  • Experience gathering requirements using interviews, workshops, user stories, workflow analysis, and business process documentation.
  • Experience refining Epics and Features, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting end‑to‑end validation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering projects within Agile frameworks.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and modern architectural patterns.
  • Strong advocacy for test‑driven and automation‑driven development practices.
  • Passion for mentoring technical teams and supporting junior engineers.
