TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Technical Product Manager for AI Model Assurance to own the end-to-end roadmaps and instrument the Content Assurance program. You will decide what to build next, define success metrics, and ensure an audit-ready system with fast, consistent approvals.

You’ll partner with engineering, policy, legal, and GRC to translate requirements into actionable work, measure program health, and drive improvements quarter over quarter.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, risk, or policy-adjacent field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of technical product management or platform/internal-tools ownership with hard SLAs or audit exposure.
• Ability to write PRDs, requirements, and success metrics for engineering.
• Direct knowledge of generative AI/LLM systems or related areas.
• Fluency in reading SQL and interpreting dashboards to define metrics precisely.

Aufgaben

• Own the Model Assurance roadmap end-to-end: intake, approval workflow, change detection, dossiers, dashboards, and audit evidence.
• Translate policy, control catalog, and analyst pain points into crisp requirements and success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering on design and prioritization; drive scope-time trade-offs.
• Define metrics describing program health and ensure systems can produce them without hand-updated trackers.
• Participate in launch reviews; sharpen requirements for next-generation tooling.
• Identify high-cost manual steps and turn them into prioritized roadmap items with targets.
• Coordinate with GRC on audit needs so evidence capture is a product capability.
• Write and maintain PRDs, design reviews, and change logs for reproducibility.
