Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC seeks a Technical Product Manager for AI Model Assurance to own the roadmap for the Content Assurance program. You will decide what to build next and define success metrics that guide engineering and audit-ready tooling.

You will work with Assurance Analysts, GRC, policy, and legal to formalize requirements, ensure fast, consistent approvals, and maintain PRDs and change logs. This is a technical product role focused on end-to-end impact and measurable program

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical product management or related roles with cross-functional SLAs/audit exposure.
• Ability to write PRDs, requirements, and success metrics for engineering.
• Direct knowledge of AI/LLM systems or AI safety domains.
• SQL fluency to define and validate metrics from dashboards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional partners to decisions on fixed timelines.
• Strong written communication for PRDs and leadership updates.

Responsibilities

• Own the Model Assurance product roadmap end-to-end.
• Translate policy and pain points into crisp requirements and metrics.
• Partner with engineering on design and delivery; prioritize scope.
• Define program health metrics and ensure evidence readiness.
• Engage with CA leadership on roadmap progress and KPIs.
• Work with Assurance Analysts to optimize manual steps.
• Collaborate with GRC on audit needs for evidence capture.
• Write and maintain PRDs, design reviews, and change logs.
• Represent Model Assurance in cross-functional forums.
